Training Services:
Private training geared for client’s specific goal. This could be for fat-loss, weight-gain, muscle-building, sport-specific, or for general health and fitness. Will increasingly be focused on educating clients about their bodies and how to keep them fit independently of a trainer.
Need accountability, support, and a little extra push? The semi-private training provides an individualized approach with the camaraderie of a training partner (or partners). Experience the benefits of private training with added accountability, support, and motivation at an affordable cost.
NOTE: I do not pair you with a partner (or partners). You must purchase these sessions with a training partner, friend, family member, etc.

Nutrition & Health Plan with Monthly Coaching:
A detailed and personalized nutrition plan geared for client’s health goals. After completion of typing the plan, we will have an hour-long consultation to thoroughly discuss the plan to make sure you understand it. The following day, you will start day 1 of the plan and I will coach you through it each day. We will also have weekly in-person follow up consultations. I will hold you accountable and guide you through the plan. We will track progress by weight, measurements, and photos. You have the option to renew every 30 days based on your progress and your comfort of being independent without me.
