Why Root Lifestyle?
My belief is that one’s health is the root of their potential to flourish in other areas of their lives. I help people do this by implementing healthy lifestyle habits one step at a time. My approach is always with a “lifestyle” or life-long method. No crash or yo-yo dieting. My fitness approach is safe, effective, and result-oriented for each specific client. You can receive elite personal training and personalized nutrition coaching all in one place.

Meet Anon
At a young age, I have always had a strong interest in health and nutrition. Afterwards, I developed an interest in fitness. This motivated me to earn a degree in Nutrition & Wellness from Texas Woman’s University and a personal training certification from The Nation Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Along with other related certifications and a decade of real-life experiences from working in a pharmacy, a health food prep shop, a weight-loss clinic, a health coaching center, a holistic doctor’s office, and a commercial gym, I’ve developed an integrative approach to fitness, nutrition, and health. It is my passion and mission as a personal trainer and a health & nutrition coach to serve the community by enhancing their health and fitness.
